What You Can Expect with Your Home Evaluation and Beyond

Buying windows for the first time can seem daunting but it doesn’t need to be. I try to make it as easy as possible.

Our Initial Talk

When you first call in, we'll review your project briefly. Nothing too detailed--the number of windows in your house, the type and style and your ultimate goal. That goal can be anything from making a window larger to living in house where the windows actually open!

Next, we'll set a date that is convenient for you for your home evaluation.

Home Evaluation

When I arrive, you'll have a window sample for you to review and I normally discuss some of the benefits that window has to offer. I'll answer and address any of your concerns and we can review your windows together. On inspecting your windows, I'll look for areas to save you additional money and look out for problems that may not be obvious.

Once I have your measurements, then all you'll need to tell me is what options you're interested in having quoted. There is NO OBLIGATION during this whole period. I'm just there to answer your questions and review your window conditions. 

But if you move forward, then next step will be deciding on the details.

Deciding On the Details

Once you’ve decided on the perfect window for your home, I'll review each of the features you’ve chosen, provide you with a time line as to how long it will take to have your custom windows made and the length of time to have them installed.

Scheduling your Installation

Within days of ordering your windows you’ll receive a phone call to schedule the exact date of your installation. You will find out when your windows will be completed and determine the date that is most convenient to your schedule. We will call once again the day before the date of the installation.
